This lakefront property on a terrific wooded lot with a large dock area, including water slide, outdoor furniture, fire pit, hammock, etc. The four bedrooms can accomodate up to 10 with 2 1/2 baths, lots of living space, great room, 2 fireplaces, pool table, foosball, nintendo game system, and high speed internet is now available. Enjoy the lake with 2 kayaks and 1canoe . This is a fantastic lake home for your vacation. Booking only weekly rentals( Saturday to Saturday)for July and August up to June 1, At that time we will take all other bookings. 3 night minimum. May and June 3 night minimum. Lake oridinances allows boats registered to property owners only. Must rent boat from Marina (814) 754-4774. Families only. Check in is at 3pm and check out 11am. Linens not included. (sheets and towels) Rental price does not include: 6%sales tax, 3%hotel tax , $65 cleaning and $500 security deposit. ($500 SD will be mailed to you after checkout and inspection of property) Overcrowding of the home will cause the septic system to fail . There may not be more people staying in thehouse than there are beds for. Overcrowding will cause eviction with no refund.
